Role Over View

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who is passionate about cybersecurity and driven by results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and positioning Spark’s cybersecurity services to decision-makers across various industries. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop new business pipelines through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure, including proposals and negotiations
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling value propositions
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, regulations, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (SOC, penetration testing, GRC, cloud security is a plus)

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise customers

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
